At Laundry Genie, we do our best to provide upfront pricing for our customers. Wash and fold services charge by the pound, while bulky and other larger household items will be charged on a piece by piece basis. Large household and bedding items will be removed before weighing and billed on a per-piece basis.

Service Prices

Our wash and fold services have two options to choose from. Weekly service starts at $1.59 per pound, while our By Request service starts at $1.79 per pound. Free delivery is included with both options.

Same-Day Drop-off Laundry Service

If you need same-day drop-off and delivery for your laundry, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Contact us for details, and depending on where you are located relative to our driver’s route, we should be able to make it happen.

Notice: $45.00 minimum charge or $1.79 per pound whichever is greater for first time pickup even if signed up for weekly pickup. To safeguard against customers signing up for weekly to take advantage of lower rates and using us only once, first time pickups are charged at $1.79 per pound. If you should skip a week rate it reverts back to the by Request rate of $1.79 per pound for the next two weeks.

Pickup Laundry Service

We operate 7 days a week. Most laundry services can be picked up and returned the same day or the next day. We can pick up your laundry at your home, school, work, hotel, or any other location within Houston, TX, and the surrounding cities. We charge by the pound and can clean other non-clothing items for an additional charge.

Order Minimum for Pickup Laundry Service

There are no order minimums for our Weekly and By Request laundry services. No matter if you have a little or a lot of things to clean, Laundry Genie can help.

How Laundry Delivery Works

Laundry Genie offers several simple ways to schedule your laundry service. You can start by scheduling your first pickup online or using our laundry app. Select your desired service, then choose your preferred date, time, and location, and our team will handle the rest. All you need to do is have your dirty laundry ready in a bag when we pick it up, and we will return your clothes cleaned and folded.

Laundry Delivery Pricing

With our by-the-pound Weekly and By Request wash and fold services, most basic items and clothing will be included in the price. Your laundry will be weighed by the pound, and your account charged accordingly. However, some items will need to be laundered separately, and for these, we charge by item. Below you will see a breakdown of included items and which things will require an additional charge.

Next-Day Drop-off Laundry Service

Next-day drop-off is available at no additional cost with our Weekly and By Request service. Simply request your preferred drop-off date, time, and location when you schedule your laundry service, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Bulky and Household Items Cleaning

Some bulky household items like pillows, quilts, or duvets are not included with our Weekly or By Request laundry services. These items will be removed and charged on a per-item basis. If you would like a quote for your bulky household items, please contact us.

Wedding Dress Cleaning

Wedding dress cleaning requires special care and cleaning, which is not included in our standard wash and fold services. However, we are still happy to clean your wedding dress, including pickup and delivery. Please get in touch with us for details and pricing regarding your wedding dress cleaning.

Outerwear Laundry

Outerwear laundry, like jackets, designer clothing, or blouses, is not included with our regular wash and fold services. These items can still be picked up and dropped off with your Weekly or By Request items; they will just be charged separately. Contact us for more details and pricing estimates regarding your outerwear laundry.

Shoe Cleaning and Repair

Shoe cleaning and repairs are available at an additional cost. Shoes can be collected, cleaned, and returned with your laundry service, but you will need to contact us ahead of time for cleaning, repair, and pricing details for shoes.
